Owner and artist Kim Saxon enjoyed sitting out with friends sipping wine and laughing. When it came time to celebrate a birthday, the girls had the idea to paint wine glasses. There was no local business that had anything scheduled for the coming months. When the opportunity arose, Kim jumped at beginning a glass painting shop! With three kids, the shop became more than just wine glasses. art of the Vine is a place for kids and adults painting an array of glasses, plates, bowls, canvases and more!
Kim grew up in Hamilton, Ohio graduating from Fairfield High School. She attended The Ohio State University, later transferring and graduating from the University of Cincinnati. Her degree is in Communications. Kim is currently living in Harrison with her husband, Ken II, and three kids; Ken III (Trey), Kiersten and Kaylen.
